Refund Policy
This policy is a working draft pending attorney review. The substance is accurate; the legal language will be tightened before publish.
1. Scope
This policy covers digital products sold under Trilot LLC's brands — most directly DnBlackbook's domain investing course (v2 launching August 2026). Service engagements (the four services on this site) are governed by their separate engagement agreements.
2. The policy
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, conditional on the buyer having consumed less than 30% of the course content. Consumption is measured via course-platform progress tracking.
3. How to request
Email [email protected] (or [email protected] for DnBlackbook purchases) with the order number and reason. We respond within 5 business days.
4. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Exclusions
Requests beyond 14 days, or where consumption exceeds 30%, are reviewed case-by-case at Trilot's discretion. Repeated refund requests across products may be declined.
6. EU consumer rights
EU/EEA consumers retain statutory rights including the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Rights Directive. This policy meets or exceeds that baseline.
7. Changes
Material changes are posted here with a revised date.
