On the web since 1999. With computers since the late '80s.

It started on a Commodore 64 in the late 1980s. A teenager learning what software actually was — the kind that didn't come in a box, the kind you wrote yourself to make the machine do something it hadn't done before. By 1995 the work had moved to whatever modem the household had that year. By 1999 it moved to the web for good, where it stayed.
The first sites were built, broken, rebuilt. Domain names were registered on instinct and held on principle. The discipline that runs through everything since came out of that period — the habit of writing things down, the suspicion of work that can't survive a personnel change, the conviction that anything worth building deserves a six-month minimum and a twenty-year horizon.
Today Trilot LLC is the operating company that consolidates almost three decades of that work into three operating brands. The operator is the same. The discipline is the same. The scale is what changed.
ii. the long view / why a multi-brand structure
A multi-brand structure sounds bureaucratic. It isn't. It's the cleanest way to do three things well without pretending they're one thing.
The agency model gets you a logo, a tagline, and four service lines that all sound like they belong on one website. The multi-brand model gets you three companies with three different operators, three different rhythms, three different P&Ls — each one allowed to be exactly what it is, with no obligation to cross-sell.
What stays the same across all three: the operator. What changes: the work itself, the cadence, the customer, the cost. That separation is the point.
The other reason: longevity. A brand can be retired. An LLC doesn't have to be. When a service line stops making sense, it gets folded down without disturbing the rest.
iii. three brands / one operator
LogicOfLogic — agentic AI consultation and implementation. The newest of the three. Full site launching with DnBlackbook v2 in late 2026.
DnBlackbook — domain-name investing and brokerage. The best-selling domaining course of its year, with an evergreen v2 launching before 2026 year end.
Trilot — direct web and software work. Long-form custom platforms, fractional technical leadership, technical audits, and meeting cadence. This is the website you're on.
Three brands. One operator. One Wyoming LLC behind them.
iv. the operator's geography / amman and wyoming
The work runs between two offices and two languages.
- Amman, Jordan
- is where the day starts. Most direct work, most client calls, most writing happens here. Address: St. Kraim Al-Dayyaty, near Nadi Al-Malaki — Seventh Circle, Amman 11814.
- Wyoming, USA
- is where Trilot LLC is registered. Address: 30 N Gould St #46524, Sheridan, WY 82801. The legal home of the operating company, the contract address, the tax jurisdiction.
Engagements run in English by default, in Arabic when the client prefers it. Documents in either. Most calendars overlap with both US and Gulf working hours without contortion.
v. how the work runs
The same principles run through every engagement Trilot accepts, regardless of which service line it falls under.
- Direct engagement.
- When you talk to Trilot, you're talking to Rami. Not a junior, not an account manager, not a delegate. Senior decisions stay with the senior person, every time.
- Written down from week one.
- Decision logs, architecture choices, vendor evaluations — dated, signed, archived. Anyone joining six months in can read the history before the first standup. Documentation isn't a deliverable at the end; it's a working artifact from the start.
- Cadence over heroics.
- Weekly rhythm, async-first, calendar discipline. The work survives a sick week, a holiday, a flight. Heroic catch-up sprints are a symptom of a planning failure further back.
- Long-form by design.
- Most engagements run six months and up. Some run multi-year. Trilot doesn't take landing-page work, doesn't take template reskins, and doesn't take projects whose timeline insists everything ships in three weeks. Those are real markets — they're just other people's markets.
vi. talk to the operator
Three ways in. Each one routes to the same inbox.
