Trilot LLC is a Wyoming, USA limited liability company (re-registered 2024). We are the data controller for the personal data described below. Privacy questions: [email protected].
2. What data we collect
Form submissions on this site capture name, email, company, message text, and how you heard about Trilot. Calendar bookings via Cal.com capture name, email, and time zone. Newsletter sign-ups via MailerLite capture email and an opt-in record. Cloudflare records server logs (IP, user agent, request timestamps) for security and abuse prevention; this layer is cookieless.
3. Why we collect it
Lawful bases under GDPR: legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention, basic analytics), consent (cookies, marketing email), and contract performance (responding to your booking or inquiry).
4. Third-party processors
Cloudflare (hosting, security, cookieless analytics), Cal.com (booking — sets some cookies on its own iframe domain), MailerLite (newsletter and lists), and Resend (transactional email delivery). Each operates as a sub-processor under a Data Processing Agreement.
5. Data retention
Form submissions are retained for 24 months unless you request earlier deletion. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Calendar bookings are retained for 12 months after the meeting.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR (EU/EEA/UK) you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Under CCPA (California) you have rights to know, delete, opt out of sale (we do not sell data), and non-discrimination. Email [email protected] to exercise any right; we respond within 30 days.
7. International transfers
Data may be processed in the United States. Where required, transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Children
This site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes
Material changes are posted here with a revised date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
