Anti-Spam Policy
This policy is a working draft pending attorney review. The substance is accurate; the legal language will be tightened before publish.
1. Our commitment
Trilot does not send unsolicited bulk email. All email marketing is consent-based.
2. How you opt in
By direct subscription via a form on a Trilot brand site — newsletter signup, lead magnet, or course interest. We keep records (timestamp, source).
3. What we send
Updates from Trilot, LogicOfLogic, and DnBlackbook to subscribers of those respective lists. Cross-promotion only with explicit consent.
4. Opt-out
Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link via MailerLite. Unsubscribes are honored within 24 hours; the legal SLA under CAN-SPAM is 10 business days, GDPR is "without undue delay."
5. Sender identification
Every email identifies Trilot LLC as the sender, includes a physical postal address (Wyoming), and states the purpose.
6. Reporting abuse
If you received an email from us you did not request, reply with "abuse" or email [email protected]. We investigate within 5 business days.
7. Third-party tools
MailerLite is our email service provider. Resend handles transactional email (booking confirmations, contact-form replies). Both maintain their own anti-abuse practices.
8. Compliance
This policy aligns with CAN-SPAM (US, 15 USC §7701 et seq.) and GDPR Article 21 (right to object).
